Edward Farrauto, CGA
Mr. Farrauto is Director and principal of Bayridge Capital Corp.(1997 to present), a Vancouver based company designed to result in the effective public listing of corporations.
During the past thirteen years Mr. Farrauto has completed reverse takeovers involving companies in the mineral, oil and gas, entertainment and technology sectors. Mr. Farrauto has been involved in the listing of two venture capital pool companies, Raystar Enterprises Ltd. and Castle Bay Enterprises Ltd.
Mr. Farrauto has led and coordinated the compliance and regulatory operations of numerous public companies. He has been responsible for overseeing private placement financings, prospectus filings, reverse takeovers and merger and acquisition transactions. His experience as a financial officer of public companies has encompassed all aspects of financial reporting and regulatory compliance including United States 20F and SEC clearance and reporting issues.
Mr. Farrauto has been involved in virtually every segment of compliance and regulatory clearance. His experience provides his companies with clear direction in complicated market conditions. He has held the CFO designation with several public corporations.
Mr. Farrauto received his Certifed General Accountants designation in 1991.
Mr. Farrauto is currently the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of TLC Ventures Corp. (2003 to present), Chief Financial Officer of Terrane Metals Corp. (2006 to present), Executive Vice President of Transeuro Energy Corp. (2002 to present). Mr. Farrauto is a Director and Chief Financial Officer of Raystar Enterprises Ltd. (1998 to present) all of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Mr. Farrauto is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Cordilleran Resources Management Group Ltd., a British Columbia company acting as the General Partner for Limited Partnerships. The Partnerships are formed for the purpose of raising capital and investing the proceeds in the purchase of Flow-through shares of resource issuers exploring in British Columbia.
